The scale of Wine Fair this year is much smaller. Horizontally tasting of 9 Brunello 2010. First time learned that neighbouring plants can influence the taste of wine. Ate a lot of Spanish ham and drank a lot of good, though not outstanding, wines. And finally tried Koshu and craft beer.
