What is a Good Wine?
(1) Complexity
(2) Intensity
(3) Finish
(4) Balance
"Balanced" is criterion to make a wine acceptable only, not enought to make it good. This is what not in the book.
The one in the middle is a good (or very good) wine, though I am not able to appreciate it. Probably have not drunk a lot of good wines (especially white) in the past.
