三杯鸡

鹿港小镇的三杯鸡做得不错。
 
三杯鸡是江西传统名菜,因其烹制时不放汤水,仅用米酒一杯,猪油一杯,酱油一杯,故名三杯鸡。
 
后来,三杯鸡传到了台湾。台湾人对它进行了小改造,将油腻的猪油换成了清淡的食用油,而且加入了一种独特的香料---九层塔。
