三杯鸡
鹿港小镇的三杯鸡做得不错。
三杯鸡是江西传统名菜，因其烹制时不放汤水，仅用米酒一杯，猪油一杯，酱油一杯，故名三杯鸡。
后来，三杯鸡传到了台湾。台湾人对它进行了小改造，将油腻的猪油换成了清淡的食用油，而且加入了一种独特的香料---九层塔。

Blessing
P suddenly called me and told me she is going to work in a small town in East Malaysia (near Brunei). The duration will be 1 yr. I wished her good luck.
PS1: She has gone there before and worked for 2 months. She said she had limited freedom and was very bored there.
