January Effect
HSI rose by 223 pts yesterday and dropped by 354 pts today. 一個死貓彈, 一個回馬槍, 盡創好友淡友!
Overall, the index still rose by 141 pts in the month. Once again, the January effect is proven.

發達之路. 墮落之路
Have not heard from 龍 for a while. Today I called him for an update. To my astonishment, he has just been promoted to GM. With this rank and its power, I think he will definitely have a lot of money and women.
Inspired by the experience of 老馮, I went to Mongkok this evening to look for the place he patroned. Unfortunately, I walked to and fro Nathan Road around Mongkok Police Station for almost 45 minutes and still could not find it.

貼錢打工
Misled by some broadcast about delay in train schedule to GZ, this morning I went to the railway terminus 10 minutes late. And the result was I missed the train! What I could do was to buy a ticket for the next train at 9:25am. HKD190 at my own expenses.
When I arrived at the GZ office, it was 12:15pm. My colleagues there went out with me for lunch. We started the training at 2:00pm. I barely covered the basic stuff and left at 5:45pm. When I got back home, it was already 9:30pm.
Spent a lot of time in transportation today. Quite tiring.

皺鰓鯊
日本海域最近發現了1隻，從5千萬年前就已經存在，堪稱是史前時代活化石的鯊魚！向來棲息在深海的這種鯊魚，突然出現在日本靜岡一處海灣，讓海洋學家非常驚訝。
這隻看來不管長相和體型都十分奇特的鯊魚，是屬於「皺鰓」鯊魚的一種，和一般鯊魚有5個鰓不同，這種鯊魚有6個鰓。過去專家曾經發現5千萬年之久的皺鰓鯊化石，因此這隻「活化石」的出現，令許多海洋生物學家十分吃驚，因為幾乎沒人看過牠活著的樣子。

封建的香港
Hong Kong is a very conservative society. I don't appreciate that.
(1) 《Vagina Monologues》 cannot be translated into 《陰道獨白》. The play is now called 《VV勿語》.
(2)《鏗鏘集》in July last year discussed the struggle of homosexuals in HK. HKBA received complaints and concluded that the program advocated homosexuality.
(3) 《秋天的童話》was shown on TVB in October last year. Some people complained to HKBA, saying that there was foul language in the movie.
I think HK is now becoming less and less open, especially in the area of sex. HK people are also behaving too hypocritically. The situation is quite distubing.

恐懼鬥室
My boss promised to call in to assist but did not call. At the end of the day, I have to fight all people by myself...
非常母親 was sick. Went to visit her after work. After staying at 老巢 for an hour or so, I phoned 硬漢 to learn more about his story last night. He declined to meet me because he told me there was no story and he had not slept last night. I really admire his ability to work overnigh at his age.

Pressure
Recently got a lot of work pressure. Today I called J to have chat and felt better afterwards. I do think J is a good companion. However, it is sometimes better to talk over the phone than face-to-face.
I noticed people surrouding me are also working under pressure. They include N, 硬漢, 老馮, 小劉, 衛哥, etc.

Someone's mom is very serious about introducing a good girl to 硬漢. However, it seems that 硬漢 is not particularly interested in meeting her. I totally understand him. How can an ordinary girl be compared to the charming chicks in mainland China?

Meeting New Friends
Took half day off and went out with 硬漢 and 老馮. My intention was to meet their new friends. Unfortunately they did not turn up.
From my observation, 硬漢 behaved conservatively (as usual) but 老馮 behaved aggressively (more than expected). Good luck to both guys!
