Conducted 2 interviews in these 2 days. I don't think the 2 female candidates match the job very well. To my surprise, the current salaries of the 2 ladies are quite high. I don't know whether they are over-paid or myself under-paid.
Note: 老張 has just quitted her job with the notorious bank. Less than 2 weeks!
