Moderate drinkers tend to have better health and live longer than those who are either abstainers or heavy drinkers do. In addition to having fewer heart attacks and strokes, moderate consumers of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine or distilled spirits or liquor) are generally less likely to suffer hypertension or high blood pressure, peripheral artery disease, Alzheimer's disease and the common cold. Sensible drinking also appears to be beneficial in reducing or preventing diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, bone fractures and osteoporosis, kidney stones, digestive ailments, stress and depression, poor cognition and memory, Parkinson's disease, hepatitis A, pancreatic cancer, macular degeneration (a major cause of blindness), angina pectoris, duodenal ulcer, erectile dysfunction, hearing loss, gallstones, liver disease and poor physical condition in elderly.

摩尔多瓦
Moldova is known for its wines. For many years viticulture and winemaking in Moldova were the general occupation of the population. Evidence of this is present in historical memorials and documents, folklore, and the Moldovan spoken language.
The country has a well established wine industry. It has a vineyard area of 147,000 hectares (360,000 acres), of which 102,500 ha (253,000 acres) are used for commercial production. Most of the country's wine production is made for export. Many families have their own recipes and strands of grapes that have been passed down through the generations.
Moldova consumes the highest amount of alcohol per capita in the world.
Talked to Friend S today about the prospect of marketing moldovan wines. Friend S said wine quality is ok but average price is a little bit too high. Will explore more...

Draft Prosecco
Draft beer就听得多，draft sparkling wine真是第一次听。Idea不错，可惜San Martino的draft prosecco很少气泡，而且味道比较淡 。
This fizzante is directly imported from Italy in kegs, making the wine available on tap. Then serving directly from tap to glass.

南橘北枳
Drank a bottle of Australian Riesling recently. Not cheap. But its taste is really not as good as German Riesling. Riesling was origniated in Germany but is now planted everywhere in the world. German Riesling wines have never let me down so far.
