舖王
星際城市13B舖, a small shop in Mongkok with area of about 40 sq ft changed hands recently. The transaction price was HKD18m. The average price per sq ft was HKD450k! The expected monthly rental was around HK90k. I wonder what kind of retail business can generate enough revenue to cover just the rental.

Yesterday I could not manage to get an application form for the IPO of
湖南有色金屬 because it was out of stock!
Today I finally got the prospectus and application forms. I immediately left the office at 6:00pm to meet 非常媽媽 to borrow her identity.
Afterwards, I had a drink with 硬漢. He also applied for the stock through internet. Good luck to us!

Weird Idea
Discussed with N about moving the ashes of her beloved dog to 番禺. N objected because she felt its spirit would be lonely there.
蘭 told me she had brought a small dog home last time when she was in Chongqing. Now, she has got 2 dogs at home, one big one and one small one. I am glad that both 大姐 and 細姐 share the same virtues, namely filial piety and fondness of animals. They really deserve my love.
PS: On my way to SZ, I heard the song "夢中情" in radio. I haven't heard this song for quite a long time.

Air-ticket 2
Wanted to book the same flights for someone. But my travel agent told me there was a certain flight that could not be booked at the discount fare. What a shock!
Finally checked the flight availability again, changed the itinerary, bought the ticket and called the asiamiles hotline to change my flight. Not easy at all.
I am ashamed to be that poor after working for so many years. Why not just bought 2 business class at full fare?

(2) The hardest metal is chromium.
(3) The metal with the highest melting point is tungsten. Its melting point is 3380 degree Celsius (platinum's metling point being 1773 degree Celsius).

Religion
Discussed with 老馮 about religion today. He is an antheist while his wife is a Christian. Doesn't sound right. Yet he claims there is not much argument between them so far. I really don't know how this can work out.
Recently read a chapter in one of 李天命's books. He has listed so many reasons to rebut Christianity. And he says the foundation of the religion is just not logically sound. The book is quite interesting.
