【東方日報專訊】香港的百萬富翁人數已突破二十七萬人，即平均每一百人就有四個在你我身旁。這些富翁的流動資產超過一百萬元，而且資產在不斷壯大，由前年的三百四十萬元增至四百萬元，總流動資產更突破一萬億元，且有年輕化趨勢。按地區分布，家住港島東的最有錢，區內共有四萬六千名百萬富翁；若以人口密度計算，灣仔區則最富有，每一百人中，便有廿人是百萬富翁，觀塘則最窮，每一百人中，只有零點七人。


據花旗銀行（香港）最新的數字顯示，本港百萬富翁數目有二十七萬四千名水平，佔全港成年人口百分之五點三。花旗首次公布百萬富翁居住區域分布，港島區共有逾十三萬名百萬富翁，即差不多佔香港百萬富翁總數一半，當中每七名港島區居民，便有一人是百萬富翁。九龍及新界區密度明顯遜色，分別是每三十五名及二十八名居民，才有一位百萬富翁。調查是於去年十一月至十二月進行，透過電話訪問三千多名成年人士。

30歲前賺第一桶金

花旗香港首席營運總監盧韋柏表示，雖然百萬富翁數字不變，但這並非代表經濟不佳，這或與百萬富翁增加置業有關，因為物業屬固定資產，不計算在內，以及增加動用流動資金投資高風險產品，但高風險產品未必給予高回報有關。

雖然調查指本港百萬富翁平均年齡與○四年一樣，均為四十五歲，但整體而言有年輕化趨勢，當中二十一至二十九歲的百萬富翁，已由前年的百分之二，增加至去年的百分之四。盧韋柏表示，經濟、樓市及投資環境轉佳，失業率減少，自然多了年輕人成為百萬富翁。此外，百萬女富翁的比例，亦由○四年的四成四，增加至去年的四成九，與男性看齊。

77%有投資港股

至於百萬富翁的資產分布方面，三成六為存款，三成二為證券，剩下主要為投資互惠基金及債券類別。投資方面，七成七的百萬富翁投資港股，較前年多四個百分點，息率向上的情況下，百萬富翁做定期存款的比例明顯增加，由○四年的四成二，增加至去年的六成半。

此外，在過去六個月被「踢出」百萬富翁的受訪者中，有四成九是因為投資失利，兩成半是因為買賣物業。

為了爭取年輕富豪的市場，花旗香港計畫於年內增設兩間大型分行，令分行數目增至二十七間，以及會增聘人手，估計今年前線人員數目會有雙位數增長。

Last night made a strange dream. I was in the hall of my secondary school attending some sort of event. Saw a lot of familiar faces. 鍾欣桐 and 蔡卓妍 happened to be my school-mates! I wanted to get closer to them. But they teased me of being an outdated old man and a peeping tom...

Saw 神醫 during during lunch time. Asked him to give me stronger doses. Afterwards, had a chicken salad for lunch.

Had a jog uphill this evening. After the exercise, I went to the university library. I crouched down to look for some books. Suddenly 眼前一黑. Nearly fainted down.　死未? 踎低起身見頭暈。

Had a very hard decision to make. Occupied by it the whole day. Very tired at night. Slept like a dead log.

PS: She gave me a call. I discovered her birthday is actually in April, not in Februray as she told me last year. What else is she hiding from me?

Visited the new house of 輝&虹. Very big and beautiful. Apparently, they have spent a lot of time, effort and money in the interior design.
