Difficulty

Woke P up again. She turned down my request because of work. 硬漢 suggested me to "buy her hours" but the last thing I want to do is to behave like a 大爺 .

Technology

硬漢 always accuses me of being anti-technology. But below are 2 incidents that support technology is doing harm.

(1) Air-conditioning:
It is interesting to know that in the hot summer of HK, many places (including offices, hotels, shopping complexes, buses, etc) are freezing because of air-conditioning. The indoor temperature is kept very low when compared to the world standard. While the government recommends an indoor temperature of 25.5 degree Celsius. The temperature of some places can go as low as 16 degree Celsius. This is ridiculous because 16 degree Celsius is by no means a comfortable temperature.

(2) Mobile phone:
Many people are annoyed by direct marketing through mobile phone. People are receiving repeated cold calls. And some people report that they receive such calls when they are overseas. Not only are such calls disturbing, but the innocent people receiving the calls are required to pay the roaming bill as well. Some political parties are now lobbing the government to pass legislation to hamper such practice.

Chinese Dinosaur Fossils Exhibition

Yesterday I went to meet P. I could have been happier if there was no 高手在背後的壓力.

Today I went to an exhibition in CityPlaza. There were so many people there!

Two Years Ago

On the same day 2 years ago, I was summoned to a foreign country to take the citizenship oath. The time/date was fixed and the attendance was compulsory. When I knew about it from my uncle, I only got about 24 hours to go. At that moment, the SARS outbreak was still affecting HK. Many flights were cancelled. I finally managed to get a seat in the one and only one flight that could make it. And I also needed to take days off from my duties at very short notice. It was quite an extraordinary episode in life.

雨過天青

Had lunch with 查, 趙 and 歐 at 嶺南會所. This was my first time there. The small restaurant claims to serve members only. I know there are many such small restaurants in the commercial buildings of Central. But I have no clue how to become a member.

It was interesting to know 趙 had just come back from a trip to Canada. And she had followed the same route as the one taken by 硬漢 and I last November. I decided to send her some of my scenery photos.

In the afternoon, the rain finally stopped. I was impressed by the view outside and took several photos.

快樂的小雞 (又名:保羅的小雞)

P,

Please don't be contented with your status quo. I hope you will have a better life. But only YOU can help yourself. Your future is not yet determined.

Best regards,
Sugar Daddy

Early Bird

Yesterday I woke up at 5:30am and hurried to leave home for P. I must be insane. To my disappointment, P didn't want to sleep with me in hotel.

The Resurrection of C

I dreamed of C again! She scolded me for being idle. "For our future, please don't waste your precious time...", she said. Sigh!

Lucky Man

Attracted by the cover of the latest issue of Next Magazine. It is Miki.

I think Ekin is a lucky man. He has got the love of two beautiful stars: Miki and Gigi. I guess it would be great fun to sleep with them...
